What this site is

This site describes the consulting services offered by Stellar Digital and lets you request a conversation.

The content is general information about how we work. It is not advice tailored to your business, and it should not be relied on as though it were.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many things outside our control — your market, your competitors, your pricing, how your business operates, and whether recommendations are actually implemented.

Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of any particular result, whether that is revenue, rankings, traffic, leads, enquiries or customers. Descriptions of our approach are illustrative, not commitments.

Enquiries and consultations

Submitting the enquiry form or booking a call does not create a contract for services, and does not oblige either of us to go further.

The introductory consultation is a conversation to work out whether we are a good fit. It is not a full strategy session, and it is not a substitute for the paid audit.

Work we go on to do

Any engagement — a paid audit, an implementation project, or an ongoing arrangement — is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timing and deliverables.

Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

Using the site properly

When using this site, please do not:

• Provide information you know to be false
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the site
• Collect content or data by automated means, other than lawful search indexing
• Use the site for anything unlawful

Our content

The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other rights.

You are welcome to view and share pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or reuse substantial parts of the site commercially without our written permission.

Anything prepared for a client — an audit, a roadmap, a deliverable — is dealt with in the engagement agreement rather than here.

Third-party services

This site embeds and links to services run by other companies, including Cal.com for scheduling. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
