Who we are

Stellar Digital ("we", "us") provides digital growth and marketing consulting. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://stellardigitalai.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What you give us

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive what you type into it. Your name and email address are required. Everything else is optional, and you decide how much to share:

• Business name
• Phone number
• Website address
• Type of business, and whether it is new or established
• The problem you are trying to solve
• How customers find you today

When you book a call

Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which is embedded on this site rather than run by us. When you book, the details you enter — typically your name, email address, timezone and any notes — are collected and processed by Cal.com, and shared with us so we can attend the call.

Cal.com is an independent provider operating under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not use it, email us and we will arrange a time directly.

The website checker

If you enter a website address into our free checker, we request that page from our server and run automated checks on what it returns — exactly as a search engine or any visitor would. The address is also sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights service to measure loading performance.

We do not store the address you entered or the results, and we do not link either to you. Results are held briefly in memory so that repeating the same address within a few minutes does not re-run the checks, and are discarded after that.

What is collected automatically

Our host, Vercel, records standard server logs whenever a page is requested. These typically include the IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and a timestamp. They exist so the site can be kept secure, available, and debuggable.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking on this site.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own, and the site stores nothing in your browser.

The Cal.com booking embed may set its own cookies when it loads, under Cal.com's control rather than ours. If you would prefer to avoid that entirely, contact us by email instead of using the embedded calendar.

Why we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes.

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation
• To carry out work you have asked us to do
• To keep a record of what was discussed and agreed
• To keep the site secure, available and working correctly
• To meet obligations the law places on us

Who else handles it

A small number of providers process information on our behalf so the site can function:

• Vercel — hosting and server logs
• Resend — delivery of enquiry form submissions to our inbox
• Cal.com — scheduling, as an independent provider
• Our email provider — storing and handling correspondence

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have a record of the conversation. Where we go on to work together, records are kept for the length of the engagement and for as long as tax and legal obligations require afterwards.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Ask us to delete it
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Receive a copy in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where our use relies on it

Making a request

Email amaaverma@gmail.com and tell us what you would like. We will respond within a reasonable period, and will not charge you for a straightforward request.

If you believe we have handled your information badly, you are entitled to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Information across borders

The providers listed above may process information on servers outside your country. Where that happens, they are required to protect it to a standard consistent with this policy.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and enquiries are delivered to a mailbox we control. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information — financial details, identity documents, or anything about your health — through the enquiry form.

Children

This site is meant for people running or starting a business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our providers change. The date above shows when it last changed.
